LCN2 was upregulated in liver tissues of CLP model and in LPS-treated hepatocytes. (A) The datasets (GSE6008, GSE92703, GSE26472, and GSE71530) were obtained from the GEO. The DEGs were screened out based on |Log FC| > 1 and p<0.05, and then the common DEGs across the 4 datasets were determined by Venn diagram analysis. (B) LCN2 mRNA levels were assessed by qRT-PCR in liver tissues of the control and septic mice. (C and D) Western blot and quantitative analysis of LCN2 protein levels in liver tissues of the control and septic mice.
