Genetic detection of the mcr-1 gene was conducted using conventional PCR across a total of 40 bacterial isolates. Among these six isolates, 15% were found positive for the mcr-1 gene. (Note: The letter ‘P’ represents P. aeruginosa. In addition, P5, P12, P14, and P40 are the isolate numbers of P. aeruginosa).
