Inclusion Criteria Exclusion Criteria

  • 18 Years of age

  • History of cardiac surgery

  • Undergoing cardiac surgery involving CABG and/or heart valve procedure performed via sternotomy

  • (Concomitant) aortic surgery

  • Congenital heart defects

  • Hearing or visual impairments

  • Signed Informed Consent form

  • Inability to speak or read Dutch

  • Claustrophobia

  • Facial wounds
