FLAG-SURF4 WT and cytosolic mutant subcellular localization. FLAG-SURF4 WT and indicated mutants were transiently transfected into Huh7 SURF4 KO cells. Cells were fixed, immunostained using anti-FLAG and anti-SEC31A antibodies, and imaged on a confocal microscope.
