Comorbidity: hypertension, DM, HIV, and TB. This table does not differentiate between patients with just one comorbidity (e.g., hypertension) and those with two or more comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, and HIV). As a result, it combines all patients with any comorbidity into a single category, without distinguishing the potential impact of multiple comorbidities on severity, oxygen saturation, and outcomes.
