Conditional knockout of Spns1 impairs proximal tubule endocytosis: time course. A: wild-type (Spns1flox/llox) and Spns1-deleted proximal tubules (Megalin3’Cre-Ert;Spns1flox/llox) could be distinguished within 10 min of infusion of FITC-dextran.
