Genetic maps for two homologous pairs of chromosomes of Acropora cervicornis and A. palmata. LG1 and Chr1 are homologous, as well as LG8 and Chr10. Percent SINE, LINE, LTR, and DNA repeats show putative centromere positions. Repeat content was calculated in 500 Kb sliding windows with 5 Kb steps.
