Comparing serum levels of IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-γ in ALI patients compared to healthy patients. Student's t-test was used for comparison between groups. Comparison of IL-4 levels in ALI patients were not changed significantly compared to healthy patients’ group (P=0.6). The serum levels of IL-12 were increased significantly in ALI patients compared to healthy patients. The levels of IFN-γ were also enhanced in ALI patients compared to healthy patients. ***P<0.001.
