A, A venous crisis occurred on the third day after the transfer of the ultrathin ALT flap for the skin defect on the forearm, and ecchymosis gradually spreading from the periphery of the flap. B, The blood circulation in the ALT flap was improved after vascular exploration of venous crisis, thrombectomy, and reanastomosis.
