Baseline spectral domain optical coherence tomography (1B) demonstrates the retinoschiatic lesions (RL) with an epiretinal membrane. Following a pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and ILM plug and SF6 gas injection, a gradual reduction of RL can be seen on the SD-OCT at months 3 (2B) and 6 (3B), followed by complete resolution by 12 months (4B).
