Western blotting technique was used to assess the levels of p-FAK (Tyr397) and MMP-2 in A549 cells after they were treated with thecombination of DN and OA (10, 20, 30 µM) for 24 h. As a loading control, β-Actin was employed. Quantitative evaluation of FAK, p-FAK (Tyr397), and MMP-2 protein expression ratios was performed.
