ATHLETES	•Both genders •Athlete competing at national level and registered with a sports federation from at least 3 years •Valid competitive medical certificate	•Presence of pathology, disability or other condition incompatible with the procedures proposed in this preliminary investigation •Use of drugs or medication, or other situations which could introduce a bias into the procedures of the investigation
WOMEN	•Female gender •Age between 30 and 55 years •Sedentary or normally active lifestyle •Valid non-competitive medical certificate
YOUNG	•Both genders •Age between 18 and 29 years •Sedentary or normally active lifestyle •Valid non-competitive medical certificate
