Compound 2 reduced the LPS-mediated pro-inflammatory response of RAW264.7 cells. (A) RAW264.7 cells were preconditioned by compound 2 (15, 30 μM) for 4 h and subsequently incubated with LPS for 24 h. Cells were marked by DCFH-DA for 20 min and measured by flow cytometry. (B) Statistical analysis of the fluorescence intensity of reactive oxygen species (ROS). (C,D) The cells were preconditioned by compound 2 (15, 30 μM) for 4 h and then incubated with LPS for 24 h.
