Figure 11

The phylogenetic relationships of the Orchideae subtribe inferred using the complete cp genome based on the ML, BI, and MP methods. The support values on the branches are presented in the order of BPML/PPBI/BPMP (“*” indicates a support value of BP = 100 or PP = 1.0). The red branches indicate the East Asian clade. The main distribution locations of the three species from the East Asian clade are marked on the map of China on the right. The outgroups were Cyclopogon longibracteatus (MN597436), Goodyera schlechtendaliana (KT886431), and Spiranthes sinensis (MK936427) from the Cranichideae tribe. The cp genome of S. pinguicula assembled here is marked with a star.
