(A) Purple nodes represent GO/HPO genes, pink nodes represent genes from Tetralogy of Fallot studies, and blue nodes represent common genes identified and already described for gene ontologies and phenotypes associated with CHD. (B) Purple nodes represent GO/HPO genes, orange nodes represent genes from the Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome study, and magenta nodes represent common genes identified and already described for gene ontologies and phenotypes associated with CHDs.
