Effect of PDREP on the viability of SW1353 cells. SW1353 cells (5 × 10³ cells/well) were seeded in 96-well plates and treated with (A) PDREP or (B) MSM at concentrations ranging from 1 to 3000 μg/mL, respectively. The cells were then incubated at 37 °C with 5% CO₂ for 24 h. After incubation, cell viability was measured using the WST-1 assay. Bars labeled with different superscript letters indicate significant differences (p < 0.05 vs. control). The results are expressed as mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments (n = 3).
