The effect of AXL inhibitor plus WIN55212-2 treatment on cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in HCT-8 cells. HCT-8 cells were treated with TP-0903 (30 nM or 100 nM) alone or in combination with 5 μM of WIN55212-2 for 24 h or 48 h and subjected to flow cytometry to determine cell cycle arrest (A) and apoptosis (B).
