Fig. 4 — The serum capacity of vaccinated subjects in neutralizing the virus was assessed using FRNT before and two weeks after the administration of the first and second vaccine doses. First, serial dilutions of individuals’ serum were mixed with infectious cloned SARS-CoV2 and exposed to Vero C1008 cells. Antibody neutralization was determined by FRNT₅₀ titers. The virus neutralizing potency increased significantly after first and second dose of vaccine compared before vaccination.
