Extracts were prepared from rad17Δ rad24Δ (KSC1088) cells carrying YCpT-RAD17-myc and YCpRAD24-HA with (+) or without (−) MMS treatment and subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-Myc (α-myc) antibody. The extracts and immunocomplexes were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-Myc or anti-HA antibody. (B) Interaction between Mec3 and Rad24. Extracts were prepared from mec3Δ rad24Δ (KSC1089) cells carrying YCpT-RAD24-myc and YCpMEC3-HA with (+) or without (−) MMS treatment and subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-HA (α-HA) antibody.
