The patient places one hand on the right side of the head and applies a gentle, medially directed pressure toward the midline (arrow), while resisting with the neck muscles to maintain a neutral head and neck position (A). This exercise is then performed on the left side (B), with each position being held for 10 seconds, and performed three times per day.
