The alleviation of neuropathic pain by ozone relied on the activation of AMPK/MerTK. (A, B) After establishing the mouse CCI model for 14 days, mice received CC (100μg) or UNC2541 (25μM) pretreatment around the sciatic nerve half an hour in advance. Subsequently, ozone (30μg, i.p.) was administered for 7 days, and the mechanical pain threshold of mice was measured using the von Frey test (n=6). Significant differences were determined by two-way ANOVA (A, B).
