A visual schematic of our experimental setup. It shows eight horn drivers in a reverberation chamber. It also shows a microphone and a lit candle. The candle was not lit and the microphone was placed at the location of the flame to measure impulse responses from each horn driver. The microphone was then removed and the candle was lit before the focusing and extinguishing events. The box labeled computer contains the software, cards, amplifiers, and microphone power supply needed to perform the experiment.
