Washed platelets at 1 × 107 mL−1 were incubated with monoclonal antibodies against P-selectin, CD42b, and PAC1 for 5 min before the addition of either QD-LA, QD-LA-PEG, QD-Pen, or QD-Pen-PEG at either 30 nM or 100 nM for 20 min before fixation with PFA and analysis by flow cytometry.
