In Cluster A, smoking and alcoholism are associated with high resistance to antituberculosis drugs. In Cluster B, only alcoholism stands out as a risk factor. In Cluster 3, HIV and drug addiction show a strong association with drug resistance, increasing the risk for patients with HIV/TB coinfection. These results underscore the importance of considering multiple factors in tuberculosis treatment.
