Immunofluorescence analysis of cardiomyocytes isolated from neonatal mice
Neonatal cardiomyocytes were cultured in vitro, allowed to adhere for two days, and analyzed by immunofluorescence for cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) (green) on the second day post-adhesion. Representative images display an example of both optimal and suboptimal cell seeding outcomes; scale bars, 20 μm. This figure is related to the section “troubleshooting 4.”
