N indicates the number of individuals. MLG is the number of multilocus genotypes in the population. eMGL is the number of expected multilocus genotypes (i.e., genotypic richness) given the smallest sample size. λ is Simpson’s index (genotypic diversity) after controlling for sample size. Hd is haplotype diversity.
