Interaction category labels. The output files of our unbalanced interaction caller (UICer.py) contain four categories of interactions. Labels of unbalanced interactions begin with a U and those of balanced interactions with a B. The ending R stands for ‘reference’ and means that an interaction belongs to one of the comparison sets of unbalanced and balanced interactions. Labels of interactions that do not belong to any comparison set end in X
