The timeline for this project spanned from May 2023 to April 2024. Throughout this project, several key points of feedback were collected, which motivated the introduction of new functions and user support resources to enhance the user experience for the new SAS application. In May 2023, a diverse group of researchers were recruited to participate in user testing and complete demonstration projects using the new SAS application on the RW. From June to September 2023, the research teams participated in qualitative interviews and user testing. Their feedback informed and validated the design of the SAS application. From September 2023 to March 2024, the research teams completed their demonstration projects. The SAS application was officially launched on the RW in April 2024. — Overview of project timeline.
