Higher ratios suggest more consistent contributions. “ava” is the average biomass of each species in group A (i.e., HW). “avb” is the average biomass of each species in group B (i.e., Control). “cumsum” is the cumulative sum of the contributions of species to the overall dissimilarity, expressed as a fraction. This shows the cumulative proportion of the total dissimilarity accounted for by the species up to that row in the table. p‐value are resulting from permutation test.
