Phylogenetic relationship for ORF 1b (RdRp) and ORF 2 (structural polyprotein) of astroviruses. Amino acid sequences were analyzed using GENETYX-WIN, version 4 (Software Development Co., Ltd.). The phylogenetic trees were constructed by the unweighted pair group method by arithmetic averaging.
