Cohen’s Kappa analysis of percent agreement. PPA = positive percentage agreement, NPA = negative percentage agreement, OPA = overall percentage agreement. Cohen’s Kappa considers the level of agreement between the two MMIX preparation methods, but takes into account the probability of their agreement occurring by chance.
