Principle of cantilever-enhanced DC-PAS. Dual-comb interacts with gas molecules and produces multiheterodyne sound waves through the photoacoustic effect. The multiheterodyne sound waves reach the surface of the cantilever beam and cause the multimode vibration of the cantilever beam. A probe beam is irradiated to the surface of the cantilever, and the absorption information of the gas can be inverted by demodulating the intensity changes of the reflected light by FFT.
