Metabolites’ superclass-informed Shapley analysis (SHAP) of the eXtreme Gradient Boosting model in the FLEMENGHO cohort with the 56 selected features. Positive SHAP values are positively associated with the ASCVD classification. Metabolites marked with * represent those that are also available in the external validation dataset.
