• Articles whose DM was an important part of their purpose.
• At least one policy, intervention, or strategy was proposed or discussed.
• All types of articles, such as letters, reviews, and originals, except conference articles and book chapters
• In English
• Studies whose target population was physicians
• Articles whose full text was available
• Published from 2000 to 2023
• Studies that did not mention any strategies, policies, or interventions to reduce DM.
• Articles published in languages other than English.
• Articles published before 2000
• Articles that were not available
FGD & Expert panels
• Having a work experience of at least 8 years.
• Having two scientific articles in the field of medical ethics.
• Having a certificate of specialization course.
• Work experience of less than 8 years
• Not having two scientific articles in the field of medical ethics.
• General practitioners
• Unwillingness to participate
