Study PCR represents all who had a research specimen (combined NP/OP or stand-alone NP or OP) tested by BioFire respiratory panel. SOC represents all who had standard-of-care nucleic acid amplification testing of an NP specimen for RSV. Serology 1 represents IgG binding to RSV lysate as measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Serology 2 represents IgG binding to either RSV F, G, M, or N by multiplexed serology platform. Sputum represents all who had an expectorated sputum sample available for BioFire respiratory panel analysis.
