A 34-year-old woman who had undergone 1 prior cesarean section presented with complete placenta previa and concerns regarding placenta accreta spectrum disorder. The patient was at 24 weeks of gestation with placenta increta. The placenta extends to cover the posterior wall of the uterus. (A) Sagittal, (B) coronal, and (C,D) axial half-Fourier acquisition single-shot turbo spin echo images, abnormal intraplacental vascularity (yellow arrows). Additionally, abnormal vascularization of the placental bed and a parametrial vessel sign (arrowheads) were observed.
