Recombinant antigens purified from 960 randomly isolated cDNA expression clones of the S. mansoni protein library. For each of the 40 lanes, 24 cultures were pooled randomly. Protein purification of these pools were performed by using TALON affinity matrix (Clontech) under denaturing conditions. The amount of protein per lane corresponds to 4 ml of bacterial culture.
