Yeast two-hybrid assays of AeNHL17 protein. The pBT3-N-AeNHL17 and pOST1-NubI, pPR3-N were co-transformed into yeast NMY51 strains and cultured on DDO, TDO, QDO agar plates, respectively. The CDS of AeAKR was cloned into the prey vector pPR3-N and co-transformed with the bait vector pBT3-N-AeNHL17.
