Critical experimental design components in analyzed datasets. The critical distractor condition in each experiment probes a unique attentional process explored in each manuscript. In Grégoire et al. (2022), participants learned associations between outcomes (reward, shock, neutral) and the distractor in a training phase. In addition, differences in the number of stimuli in the visual search array and the time limit across datasets may contribute to differences in reliability estimates that should be probed in future experiments
