Phenotype and expression analysis of the structural genes in the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway of transgenic Arabidopsis seedlings. Except for AtPAL and AtCHI, expression levels of other the structural genes were higher in the CsRAB-overexpressing lines than in the WT. Data presented are mean values of three biological repetitions. The asterisk indicates a statistically significant difference as assessed by Student’s t-test (^∗∗P < 0.01) compared with WT.
