Intraoperative Observations. (A) The stomach and omentum were severely adhered to the diaphragmatic defect. And the giant hernia ring was visible. (B) The left thoracic kidney was visible, with the renal hilum showing no signs of rotation and was covered by the renal capsule. The anterior edge of the diaphragm was clearly visible, while the posterior edge was not seen. (C) Bovine pericardium patch was used to suture the diaphragmatic defect.
