1. Assesses respiration	0 = No assessment 2 = Breathing observed but no assessment for adequacy 4 = Full respiration assessment
2. Recognizes and treats tension pneumothorax	0 = Does not recognize 1 = Recognizes, but delayed or incorrect intervention 2 = Correctly performed intervention, appropriate timing
3. Recognizes and treats open pneumothorax	0 = Does not recognize 1 = Recognizes, but delayed or incorrect intervention 2 = Correctly performed intervention, appropriate timing
