Survival analysis of IB and IIA cohort. Kaplan-Meier curves show Group 2 with significantly poorer OS compared to Groups 1, 3, and 4. Group 1 also demonstrates reduced OS in relation to Groups 3 and 4, though Groups 3 and 4 are similar in OS. In DSS, no significant differences are noted between Groups 1 and 2 or between Groups 3 and 4; however, both Groups 1 and 2 have markedly poorer DSS compared to Groups 3 and 4.
