Intraoperative arthroscopic image. The camera is on the anterolateral portal. It is possible to see whether the previous sutures, pointed out by the black arrow, are no longer tightened and so the sutures can be pulled by the hook. The medial meniscus posterior root is so detached, and this intraoperative finding comes along with the hypothesis made by the magnetic resonance imaging.
