Western blotting of cyclin B1 in VASH1‐overexpressing or control luciferase gene‐transfected ovarian cancer cell lines. (A) Cyclin B1 expression was weakly detected in control cells (SKOV‐3/LUC and SHIN‐3/LUC), whereas SKOV‐3/VASH1 and SHIN‐3/VASH1 cells clearly expressed cyclin B1 at the position corresponding to a molecular weight of 55 kDa. β‐actin in the cell lysate was used as a loading control. Each number indicates the relative protein expression level compared with β‐actin as 1.0. (B) Densitometric analysis is shown in the column graph.
