Authors’ analysis of data from (1) dentist database from IQVIA; (2) American Community Survey 2022 estimates of population and Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing/line shapefiles from US Census Bureau. Categories are based on the following accessibility scores: 0 = no access; greater than 0 to less than 0.0002 = limited access; greater than or equal to 0.0002 to less than 0.0004 = adequate access; and greater than or equal to 0.0004 = extensive access.
