The effect of RIG-I/MDA5 knockdown on cytokine expression in Edwardsiella tarda-infected RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were treated with or without (control) siRIG-I, siMDA5, or siNC. The cells were incubated with E. tarda or PBS (“Uninfected” group) for 4 h The mRNA levels of the inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in the cells were determined by qRT-PCR.
