Algorithm 3 Initiation Step 1.3 [HN]
   Inputs:  (SUCI,IDSN)
      Parse SUCI as C0,C1,C2
      Compute a shared key kHNKDF(skHN·C0)
      Parse the shared key kHN as (k1,k2)
      Compute MACMAC(k2,C1)
      Check if MAC=C2, Abort in the negative case. Otherwise, continue
      Compute SUPIDEC(k1,C1)
      Retrieve the corresponding k and SQNHN based on SUPI
   Outputs. HN outputs ⊥ if MACC2, Otherwise, it output k,SQNHN.
