Composite adverse perinatal outcome included pre‐eclampsia, preterm delivery, macrosomia and primary cesarean section, and composite adverse neonatal outcome included birth trauma (fracture of the clavicle or Erb's paresis), neonatal hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and stillbirth/perinatal mortality.
