The percent difference between concentrations was calculated relative to the smaller concentration: % Diff. = (Diff / Lowest value) × 100. The analysis was performed on log-transformed DNA concentrations, but differences in actual values are shown for a more straightforward interpretation. The p-values were adjusted using the Tukey–Kramer method
